How to stop breastfeeding without pain
I am 30 year old lady. I have just recovered from a fracture. I have a 10 month old daughter. I am breastfeeding her but I want to stop breastfeeding. I have heard that stop this is too painful for both mother and child. Please tell me some painless ways to stop breastfeeding my child?

You shouldn't stop breastfeeding. Continue till atleast 2 years.
