How to remove black eyes?

I got injured. Had fallen on the face with a strong punch on nose. This have resulted in blackening around my eyes. What can I B11:C15do to provide fast relief? Please provide some quick treatment for my black eyes. I am male aged 20. Do I need to see a doctor?
