There is pain in every activity in this world, it can be physical pain, mental pain, economical pain. Your fearlessness depends on how you overcome the pain stimulus. If you will be prepared for your coming trauma, your pain will be as less as nil. Surgeons do surgery with proper Anaesthesia and as less pain as possible.
