I recently undergone a complete body
health checkup, reports shows that I'm having increased
TSH. (7.86)
I'm a govt employee having a sitting of 5-6hours daily. i noticed my weight is increasing (95kg on 2april which was around 92-93kg). i'm exercising regularly since 1st march (1hour daily)
i want to know can i lower my TSH value by only exercising daily or should i take medicines for it.
