How to increase eyes strength

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had undergone LASIK surgery 5.5 yrs back at the age of 18 when my no. Was around -8 but now I m having around -3 but my eyes Doesn't have enough strength to undergo surgery again please suggest me how to improve my eyes strength. My eyes are very sensitive as I face infection ,allergy and dryness offen.
