I was prescribed duphalac 20 ml and anobliss cream for my painful anal fissure. My fissure got healed but I continued taking duphalac fearing that fissure could reoccur. I am taking duphalac at bedtime daily for 14 months now. I want to stop this. How can I gradually stop taking it and switch to normal diet ? Should I completely stop taking it or gradually lower dose ? I want to stop it such that fissure doesn't reoccur.
