I suffer from Benign Positional Vertigo. Neurologist advised MR-Angio, and the report is normal. Neurologist has advised Eliwel 10 mg for 3-months once a day. There is apparently no improvement. Can I discontinue? Am I supposed to gradually reduce the dosage? How do I do it? 10 mg is the lowest strength available in market.
