you can ask for Bartonella IFA or ELISA test, whichever test of the two available( both are serological tests )
since you are from noida, Lal path can do the test or any major pathology lab in your area.
most sensitive test is Western Blot test or PCR test, with sample taken from the enlarged lymph node if you have it, but its expensive.
