Every month almost every Sunday, my husband who is just 34 years of age has severe headaches with neck pains. The back of his head pains too much? What can be the cause of this kind of pains? Is it a kind of migraine or it can be blood pressure pains?

hi.. headache with neck pain could mean migraine , sinusitis or sometimes even increased blood pressure. migraine is usually accompanied with vomiting or nausea and is usually one sided around the eye and is usually triggered by certain triggers. High blood pressure could also cause headache along with symptoms like blurring of vision, epigastric pain, hand and feet swelling. Would therefore advise u to visit a neurologist who will thoroughly examine u and rule out any underlying conditions.
Next Steps
consult a neurologist
