How to cure loose stool but not diarrhea
Hi I am 37 year old male and I have a problem of gastritis since a year. I usually pass loose stools which are not watery like in case of diarrhea. But I need to pass at least 4 to 5 times in a day. Is this normal? Or do I require any treatment for the same.

hi.. the symptoms look like u have irritable bowel syndrome there are a few preventive measures that u could take - Avoid caffeine (in coffee, teas, and sodas). - Add more fiber to your diet with foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and nuts. - Drink a minimum of 3 liters of water per day - Learn to relax, either by getting more exercise or by reducing stress in your life. - Limit how much milk or cheese you eat. - Eat smaller meals more often instead of big meals. - Keep a record of the foods you eat so you can figure out which foods bring on bouts of IBS. Also visit a gastroenterologist to rule out any other underlying conditions
