How to check if conceived or not

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I got Married on 24th November 2017 we almost had sex without precautions as I wanted to conceive but unfortunately I got my periods on 22nd December2017. Could you please let me when do I need to check and how will I get to know that I have conceived?

There is a concept of Fertile period in which when a couple has sex during those days the chances of pregnancy are high.Those are the days when ovulation occurs..Only if you have sex during the fertile days u will conceive.I would suggest u to visit a Gynaec who can counsel u regarding ur fertile period and run a few basic tests of fertility as well.
