My aunt is mentally disabled.she can't tell her problem.but now her eyesight became week.please tell how to check her eyesight.

Instead of checking her eye sight yourself .You should take her to the comperant ophthalmologist who will do needful.
Still if u want to analyze then you can do so by observing her daily...
See whether she go near to the tv or not
