In how many days does fenugreek seeds boiled water can bring periods ??? Does it really brings period???? is it effective ???? How many times should it be consumed in a day to bring periods.??

Taking fenugreek will not help you to get periods ,progesterone tablets like deviry 10mg twice a day for 5days can be taken with which you may get periods but that will be 3-10days after stopping medicines.Please rule out any doubt of pregnancy.If still you do not get periods do hormonal tests and sonography after consulting a GYNAECOLOGIST.
