How safe is Netra tarpana?
I went to an ayurvedic clinic yesterday for dry eyes and eye strain. I was treated with Netra Tarpana procedure where they put ghee in my eyes. I'm supposed to be undergoing this treatment once everyday for the next 5 days and I'm not sure if it's even safe, and whether or not I should continue. I would be grateful for your valuable help 🙏

Hi...sorry, no experience with Ayurvedic procedure .
Generally whatever we put in eye has to be PH and electrolyte balanced and sterile.
