How safe are condoms
I just want to know are condoms 100% safe. If used properly . Do they act as a barrier to prevent infections. Besides this what are the chances of getting infected with HIV if condoms are used properly

Condoms are for single use, if used properly, they are 99% effective in preventing pregnancy and other sexually transmitted infections.
