Your BMI is fine as per your height and weight. You need not lose any weight nor gain.
In a day the amount of calories required depends on what work you do and it comes in a range of 2200-2800 kcals.
If you dont want to lose weight, just try to burn as much as you take.
You can do exercise for 3-4 days a week.
