Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Your BMI is fine as per your height and weight. You need not lose any weight nor gain. In a day the amount of calories required depends on what work you do and it comes in a range of 2200-2800 kcals. If you dont want to lose weight, just try to burn as much as you take. You can do exercise for 3-4 days a week. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

It depends upon your life style and your occupation and intake of calories...your BMI is okay nothing much to worry...regarding exercises fallow bellow advices you can give small amount of time to do these exercises as daily exercise make you more healthy...start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful.
