How is huntington's disease inherited
My wife is 45-years old and has recently been diagnosed with Huntington’s disease. We’ve been told that it was transmitted through her father’s genes. I am highly curious to know how Huntington’s was inherited and what the exact process was. Can an expert in this field inform me how is Huntington’s disease inherited?

If any of your wife's parents had the disease,it is likely to get inherited to her.It is autosomal recessive disease
