How concerning is this echo and Ecg

I want to know how concerning is this ecg and echo my mother is suffering from arrhythmia and frequent ectopic beats since some years recently she suffered a stroke and fully recovered from it now taking medicines as prescribed by doctor i want a opinion that what can be a good cardiac treatment approach or procedure for good long term prognosis. Our family has no prior sudden cardiac death or heart issues kindly suggest so that we can discuss with our physician. She has no other comorbidities or heart attack .

Her ECG is showing some changes and echocardiography has reduced contractility so in concerning her heart rhythm and arrhythmias she definitely needs anticoagulation to prevent further recurrence of stroke.
