How big is the mucus plug
I am 29 year old female. This is my first pregnancy and this is my 37th week. Today morning I passed a big clot like whitish thick discharge. Is this mucus plug? How big is the mucus plug? Is it white or red in colour? Should I bring in notice this discharge thing to my gynaec?

Mucous plug is very small . It is whitish with a red tinge of blood
Sometimes at the end of pregnancy whitish sticky discharges are noticed. Which is normal.
They could also be infections...hence it's better to get yourself checked
