Hormonal imbalance

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I was suffering from typhoid few days back. Then I got my period on time, 8 Dec and ended up on 12 Dec. But from last two days it started again, earlier it was just spotting now I am having heavy spotting.i never had this type of problem earliest. Please advice thanks
