Sir one of my friend is homosexual oriented he would like to have children through surrogacy does his sperm has capacity to fertile ovum and have children

Hi. Homosexuality has to do with psychosexual orientation and nothing to do with fertility. Independently he can check his fertilty by doing a semen analysis after 3 days of àbstinence. Also in his case Artificial Insemination will be good enough if he is married to a female partner. Surrogacy is required only one marries a male partner in countries where it is legally allowed.

Homosexuality doesn't reduce ur fertility, so yes he will have capacity to fertilize ovum.
