Well, if you naturally have deep socketed eyes, then noting much can be really done - but firstly - see a qualified dermatologist near you to explore the possible causes and treatment options. For pigmentation around eyes, peels , creams and prp treatment are possible options. (Caution: do not be lured by unrealistic claims and offers made by quacks who claim to be specialists in trichology n cosmetic sciences or even saloons.
