Male, 28, masturbated last night and woke up to several holes in my new cotton underwear (front and back). Further, there no pain in the penis and no blood in found in the underwear or urine. The holes on the fabric were itchy to touch. I have a Black rashes also on my butt skin from a long time but it hasn't been a problem in the past. The rash is darker than my skin tone. The skin near my groin area is flaky and dry to touch and wears off if i rub it.
