Hole in tooth
There is one hole in one of my tooth.. however there is no pain or even any problem from that.. but still I am worried

A hole would normally indicate the early beginnings of decay. Typically in the early stages there will be no pain, till the deeper layers of the tooth get breached. Consult a dentist and have the problem checked and fixed.
