There isn't sufficient information to come to a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit a dermatologist so as to have it evaluated and treated accordingly. You may require antihistamines, antibiiotics(if indicated), antacids and a topical cream. Kindly don't scratch the lesions and apply calamine lotion over the lesion to get some relief.
