Asked for Male, 26 Years

Sir I came in contact with hiv positive person sperm , sperm was ejacuated 1 hr before. I panicked and went to local dr, he said in contact with air hiv dies within second , but online it is given hiv lives for a week outside body. , sir can you please explain? I am very much worried , because after that incident I had fever and rash after 3 weeks .
