HIV Transmission with underwear

Hi Doctor, I unfortunately had sex with some girl in massage centre and here are my implications, 1. No Oral sex 2. She was naked and I was wearing disposable underwear with some thin layer, I lied on her for around 1 minute which includes rubbing and grinding but no physical contact directly to vagina but may touched some parts near urethra opening win underwear on. NO PENETRATION INVOLVED. 3. Within 1 minute I took off and saw some precum followed by semen. 4. No other activities involved. Is there possibility/testing needed for HIV/STD's for this occurrence. Please help me with this.
