Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had sexual exposure with prostitute on aug 2019 I had touched outerpart of condom with same hand I cleaned my penis. I got tested with hiv duo combo after 2 months and five months from exposure and after 10months I got tested with hiv rna pcr and hiv eclia all the tests were negative. But I am becoming weak and tired. Are those tests conclusive?
