I've have been told by a lab attendant a few years back in a blood donation camp to run a HIV test. I was not serious about it that time. As now it's time for my marriage, it started bugging me. So as a preventative course of action, I wish to take a HIV test. Need some advice on this.

Hello
Its customary to screen for HIV before blood donation and it was nothing like it was asked particularly to you only. So don't worry. If still you want to get tested, you can get done a blood test for HIV1/2 from any recognised lab.
