Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hai sir i was using to inject drugs by already used needles ans syringes of unknown person whose hiv status is unknown.. This was happen last year december month now 7month completed i done my hiv elisa test today which result is 0.038 its negative.. My doubt is.. Should i take any further test or this test enough??? Test was taken after 7months of this incident..
