Hiv test Accuracy?

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello respected Doctors I had Oral sex with a girl of unknown status almost 5 years back Since then I took many tests coz I was afraid of Hiv because I had a couple of ulcer in mouth when I did it since then i took many tests 2 ELISA 1 at 1 month and 1 at 9 months interval after the exposure Then took almost 6 rapid tests from Different laboratories (2 tridot and 4 normal rapid tests) all were antibody tests done after 3 years 4 years and one today all Non reactive Can I consider myself safe I know i maybe acting stupid but are these tests sufficient Thank you so much
