  4. HIV positive. My wife is vih negative?

Hello For the longest I have thought that I am HIV positive because I caught in the pass chlamydia. I am a married man and my wife is recently pregnant. The check up showed that she is HIV NEGATIVE. I have never been diagnosed for VIH POSITiVe and I have never taken any pills or treatment. We have been together for a 1 year now. Is that possible that I still carry the virus even though my wife is vih negative? I am about to do a check up.
