  4. HIV and WBC count. Have hiv infection?

Hello doctor I have fever and headache, after blood test doctor said, I have infection, my WBC count was 14,200,is there any chance that I can have HIV infection? Because I had unprotected sex, also I am suffering from stress please help me.
