Hiv acquisition risk

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I had sex with an escort 45 days ago (with condom) and I fell ill three days later. Thought it would be flu. Took some pills. Due to fear, I took test at 30 day mark (complete checkup, p24 combo). I had itching without blisters, throats infection but no fever. The report came back saying positive for chlymdia but negative for other STIs. I consulted a doctor she prescribed azithromycin 500 mg six pills in a day followed by Doxycycline one for 10 days but the problem of itching seems to be there in face. I am fearing it might be HIV, please advice and I am totally scared.
