HIV 1＆2 ANTIBODIES, SCREENING TEST

I am rohit , 28year old and yesterday I had tested HIV 1＆2 ANTIBODIES, SCREENING TEST. This is HIV 1/2 and p24 combo test(CMIA) after 9months of exposure(sex). Results comes: HIV 1/2 and P24 combo test(CMIA) Index value 0.12 which is negative. But at the time of test Or during the lab test i have viral infection(sore throat and running nose only) and stomach infection (pain) from last 2days I would like to confirm can viral infection(sore throat and running nose only) and stomach infection (pain) affect my HIV 1＆2 ANTIBODIES, SCREENING TEST(HIV1/2 and p24 combo test) CMIA test result report??
