Histopathology Report
Received 3 Linear bony bits. Multiple sections show a cellular adequate bone marrow biopsy. Erythroid and myeloid hematopoietic cells series appear normal.
Megakaryocytes are increased in number and seen to be scattered through out the bone marrow and are seen clustered at places. No evident fibrosis. Features are compatible with the diagnosis of essential thrombocythemia
