I do 15 min stretching & 15min HIIT in morning.My weight is normal bt to maintain health&Weightlifting in evening focusing on one muscle alternative days. And i take plant based protein diet and carbs.M I GOING IN CORRECT WAY FOR MAINTAIN PHYSIQUE OR SHOULD I MAK CHANGE? IS IT GuD TO CARDIO IN MORNING & wtlftng IN EVE?
