High wbc of my child

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My child is of 10 months and his weight is 10.4. He has been suffering from fever for 7 days.After consulting from local doctor he suggested CBC . In his pathological report WBC counts are 25500. doctor had given him antibiotics injections but no improvement is been seen yet. kindly suggest me what should i do .
