High TLC,low Lymphocytes
Hello Doctor, My wife is 32 weeks pregnant, his cbc report says- RDW 15.6 TLC. 12.41 Lymphocytes. 15.0 Nutrophils 9.75 my doctor prescribed me to take azithromycin 500 mg. should i start medication or not. is it safe at this stage other test C reactive protein isin normal range 3.36 mg/l. pls go through attached report . please help thanks in advance

Azithromycin is safe during pregnancy. Alkaline Phosphatase WILL be high during pregnancy, but I’m little worried why her Uric Acid Level should be high... Make sure that her SGOT & SGPT are normal too. They are a part of liver function tests. They must be checked along with her blood pressure, coz Uric Acid is high. The counts are suggestive of infection but not confirmation for infection. You can take Azithromycin like your doctor prescribed to be on the safer side

Of course it's safe. Blood count shows some infection ,pl take prescribed Medication.
