My Father Has a really high tlc level around 48000 ...He is not facing any problems with his system and the one's that people face during high tlc.. He is completely fine. He does not have high fever or faces fatigue... His esr is also really high... Are there any risks of cancer?

The levels of tlcand esr in consideration for age demands more investigations and examination I will advice you to consult a doctor for it.
