Hello, i went in for my blood test last week. Found my SGPT to be at 146. Is there a major reason for me to be worried ? How do i bring it under control and what necessary modifications i have to make to bring the level down. i have a very stressful lifestyle since 4 years which is very erratic since i am businessman i do not have the leeway to relax much. Also i drink only on occasions.
That apart i also have arthritis in knee. Height 5.6 weight 58 approx.
