High SGOT/SGPT
How much elevated SGOT, SGPT & GGPT levels are normal at 25+ weeks of pregnancy, in addition to co-morbidity (treatment for extrapulmonary TB ongoing). My SGOT, SGPT & GGTP have been gradually increasing since my last 3 LFTs. Currently the values are 122, 175 & 53 respectively.

Ideally should be within range,however if pt is taking ATT upto 3 times upper normal limits is okay,if it exceeds the limit we have to stop ATT
