I am 32 years old. Suffering with Thyroid, PCOS. Single & now fearing of trusting people. Struggling in life to make it better but always got failed. I m staying with my mom from past 6 years. Elder brother is married & living in Delhi. Elder sister is in Canada as she is also single. I can't leave my mom alone as is having Arthrist & heart problem. After my dad passed away i saw my mom struggling with life for all of us. But I can't help her in any manner. Day by day my confidence is losing.

Hello Friend, thank you for reaching out here for help. I can understand your suitation. Your are doing a great job. I know Caretaking is a stressful job, and you may be sacrificing few personal goals or may be carrying some guilty feelings for overlook sometimes. Equally you also need to take care of your personal life and future. It's a tough balancing act and may be causing you stress or depression. You need an assistance of psychology counselor to assess your suitation and explore the possible solution.
