High pth but no evidence of adenoma
I have done my serum cal - 9.3, vitamin d3-61. 4but pth is 184, and did Fcholine test to detect adenoma but there is no evidence of any adenoma, history of right infreior prathriodectomy in June 2023. Pls suggest how to control pth because due to this I am suffering from nephrocalconisis also.

U might need 3 and half parathyroidectomy..
Go to a good ENT surgeon and endocrinologist
