I am 19 years old I have hypothyroidism it is under control but I have high prolactin 85 or sometimes 60.my doctor took mri and found nothing I have no symptoms except for hairloss?my doctor told I don't need treatment. What should I do?

Most common cause of elevated prolactin is over the counter medications like commonly used for gastric problems , so you have to stop using any such medications if you are on it
