High Prolactin
Hi..My sisiter is trying to concieve from past 6 months but no luck..she went to a gynaec and he suggested her to undergo few tests..her TSH was 5.4 and prolactin was 43ng..he gave her thyronorm 25mcg and asked to repeat the test in 1 month..now her TSH is 2.07 but prolactin has increased to 46.5..all other tests are absolutely normal..is it causing the delay in conceiving? what could be done to rectify these levels?

Yes it’s possible as her prolactin is out of range. Consult her gynaecologist for further action.
