High plateletcrit (PCT)
I've got my blood tested as a routine checkup. Everything is in normal ranges except it shows quite high level of plateletcrit (PCT) in platelet indices having the value of 2.52 % whereas normal range for the same mentioned in the report is 0.21-0.24%. I've no other symptoms of any kind. I feel perfectly healthy. I'm currently taking Calcimax K2 capsule (once daily) as suggested by my doctor few days ago.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its nothing to be worried about.  Its not anything too high. Do not worry. You can continue the calcimax k2 capsule as suggested. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
