I was feeling really tired so I went to my gp with my problem. He send me for a blood test where it's showed I have high platelet for more than a year now and I felt really dizzy lately and tires again and I got high esr too now. I don't know what to think I'm worried

It depends on platelet count.. Most commonly it's just reactive increase in platelet count which may be due to infection, inflammation or even iron deficiency may cause increase in platelet count.
