High lymphocytes and low monocytes
Hello doctor, My lymphocytes is 43%, absolute lymphocytes is 3300 cells. monocytes is 2% , absolute monocytes is 166 cells. Wbc is 7650 cells , rbc 5.08, haemoglobin is 15.6. Peripheral blood smear shows normocystic normochromic blood picture. I have frequent swelling behind my ear but with medicines or sometimes settles down by its own. Apart from this i feel imbalance while walking. Is it something serious?

It’s unlikely to be any malignancy as you have mentioned the swelling is getting settled on taking medications . ( better to share the name of medications you had ) As you have mentioned this swelling frequently in area behind your ear - mastoid area and associated with ear balance difficulties - (vertigo) it’s better you take an ENT consultation
