High LFT & HEPATIC STEATOSIS GRADE 2.

LFT approx 1month ago: SGOT: 65u/l (NORMAL:50) SGPT: 96u/l (NORMAL:50) ALP: 184u/l Total Bilirubin: 2.1 (normal 1.2) Bilirubin Conjugated: 0.4mg/dl (normal:0-0.2) Bilirubin unconjugated: 1.7mg/dl(normal: .3-1) Also Triglyceride: 196 Cholesterol: 192 CRP: 5.22mg/l (normal: upto 8) HbsAg & HCV non reactive. Taking Udiliv 300 & sorbiline since the lft report came abnormal, stopped taking oil, sugar & salt & any type of fatty food(except horlicks) as per guidance of a gastroenterologist.. Usg report after 15 days of Blood report: Liver: Diffused fatty change seen in parenchyma, shape, size normal. Measurement: 12.7 cm. Intra hepatic biliary channels are not dilated. Impression: 1. Diffuse hepatic steatosis grade 2 2. No obvious thickening of gb wall is seen. How severe it is? & How much time it will take to recover? Will my LFTs ever come to normal or not?
